Bethlehem Family Day 2026

Mark your calendars! We are pleased to announce that Family Day 2026 will be on Saturday, September 26. Students are encouraged to invite their friends and families for a day of fun and activities at the Bethlehem Campus. Please check below for the tentative schedule and parking information.
Scheduled Events – Bethlehem Campus
Spartan 5K Run/Walk
Time: 10AM
Location: Starts outside Penn & Commonwealth Hall
Students and their families are encouraged to sign up for the 11th annual Spartan Spring 5K Run/Walk. The course starts and finishes on NCC’s Bethlehem campus. Point to point course is mostly flat and; fast, on paved roads between Northampton Community College and through the local neighborhood. Post-race raffle, music, and refreshments are available. Strollers and pets are welcome behind the runners (pets must be leashed). Walks will begin behind the runners and will not be timed.

Spartan Activity Zone
Time: 10AM - 1PM
Location: The Quad (between College Center and Kopecek Hall)
Rain Location: Student Life Zone
Join us for fun activities including music, food, and tons of fun activities to keep the whole family entertained. Student clubs will be hosting activity booths and there is something for everyone. Please note that in the event of rain, the Spartan Activity Zone will take place in College Center, Student Life Zone.
During the festivities you can also participate in:
- Karaoke Hour hosted by the Office of Student Engagement & Belonging from 12PM to 1PM
- Face painting and fairy hair
- Beehive demo & Farmer’s Market provided by the East 40
- Bee-inspired kid-friendly activities provided by the Reibman Children’s Center
- Yard Games

Get Your Zen On! Yoga Session
Time: 11:30AM
Location: Spartan Activity Zone, Quad
Join the Center for Equity, Community, & Inclusion for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session. No experience required, just bring yourself, your crew, and a mat!
Residence Hall Family Tours
Tour Times: 10:30AM and 12:30PM
Location: Residence Halls
For families with students living in the Residence Halls on campus.
