The prices below indicate the cost per semester for a room on campus during 2024-2025 academic year. Meal plans are required for all students living in the Residence Hall Commons. For meal plan pricing and more information, please refer the next section on this page.
- Residence Hall Double Room: $3,130 per semester / $2,152 Mid-Fall
- Residence Hall Single Room: $3,661 per semester / $2,517 Mid-Fall
- Apartment Double Room: $3,775 per semester / $2,595 Mid-Fall

Residence Hall Commons Meal Plans
- 19 Swipe Meal Plan with $200 Flex: $2,075 per semester / $1,427 Mid-Fall
- 14 Swipe Meal Plan with $200 Flex: $1,925 per semester / $1,323 Mid-Fall
Apartment Meal Plans
- 75 Swipe Meal Plan: $1,015 per semester
- $550 Flex Meal Plan: $550 per semester
