Leadership in Action at the Iron Hill Charity Golf Open
At J.G. Petrucci Company, leadership is defined not only by the projects we deliver, but by the values we uphold and the responsibility we take beyond the jobsite. Nowhere is that commitment more clear than the annual Iron Hill Charity Golf Open: an event that embodies the company’s unique Leadership Pledge and its call to “respond to the needs of the community”.
For 22 years, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management have brought together clients, partners, sponsors, and in-house teams with a shared purpose: to lead with intention and make a difference. Throughout the years, more than $2 million has been distributed to over 30 veteran- and military-focused organizations. These organizations address critical needs, including medical and rehabilitation care, mental health services, addiction recovery, counseling, job training, homelessness, and poverty. The event benefits Community Response, LLC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Asbury, New Jersey, whose mission upholds these same leadership principles of service and accountability.
Leadership at J.G. Petrucci is also demonstrated through long-term investment in opportunity. The J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Veterans Scholarship was established to support the educational pursuits of honorably discharged veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, and their immediate family members. The company recognizes both the talent and dedication of our military and the sacrifices made by their families. This scholarship serves as a meaningful expression of gratitude, providing recipients with resources to further develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen fields.
