Tuition Bill
Staying current with your tuition bill is vital. The information provided in this section will help you better understand your bill and choose the payment method that is right for you.
Tuition Dates
See the Academic Calendar for complete tuition due dates for credit courses.
- Tuition payment in full (payment, payment plan enrollment, and/or pending financial aid) is due on the tuition due date listed in the academic calendar and shown in your Workday account.
- If you register for a class after the tuition due date, tuition payment is due immediately.
Please note:
- If you registered for Winter 2025 classes, your tuition bill is due on December 1 or immediately if you register for classes after December 1.
- If you registered for Spring 2026 classes (14-week semester), your tuition bill is due on January 6 or immediately if you register for classes after January 6.
Remember, students who don't make any sort of payment arrangement by the deadline are in danger of being dropped from their classes for nonpayment. For payment options, click here.
When will I get my bill?
You are responsible for accessing the online Bursar Tuition Bill and Student Schedule through Workday. Spring 2026 Tuition Bills are available to view on your Workday Student Portal now.

Instructions: Click on the type of payment you need to make, enter the required information, click "add to cart", click "check out", enter card information, submit. At the end of the process you should see a blue receipt number- click on that to view or print your receipt.
Beginning February 2026, all credit card transactions will be assessed a service fee of 2.95% or $3.00 minimum. International credit cards have fee of 4.25% or $3.00 minimum. This fee is assessed by Transact Campus, Inc. and cannot be waived or altered. Service fees are included in your transaction and are paid directly to Transact Campus, Inc.
Alternatively, NCC has opened up a lower payment processing fee option which is to pay by ACH. ACH payments incur a service fee of 50 cents per transaction. ACH payments returned from the bank for any reason will result in the assessment of a $30 returned payment fee. These fees are paid directly to Transact Campus, Inc. In addition, NCC will also continue to accept check payments mailed to the Bursar Office.
Note: A paper check cannot be used to enroll in the payment plan, only credit cards and ACH are used to enroll and make payments in the payment plan.
